travel to Mabinay from Manila, first fly to
Bacolod (4th largest city in the
Philippines), the capital of Negros Occidental Province, or to
Dumaguete (home of 5 major universities and colleges), the capital of Negros Oriental Province. The Dumaguete airport is directly on the national
highway that goes to Mabinay.. There are frequent buses (just flag down
a Ceres bus on the national highway) just outside the Dumaguete airport to
take you from the airport to Econotel.
